Our family portrait photography event is a brilliant way for your church, school, youth group or nonprofit to raise funds. Virtually any group, club, team or organization can use the event successfully, and the fundraiser is simple and easy to do:

First, members of your group ask people in your community to support your group’s activities, efforts or cause; suggested donations generally range from $10 - $50.
Second, your group thanks donors with a complimentary professional photography session and high-quality portrait gift (valued at $70 - $150 in most studios).
Third, we bring a complete, professional portrait studio to your location to provide a fun and fabulous studio experience for all the donors’ families.

We can help you put the "fun" into fundraising

Our way of fundraising doesn’t involve door-to-door sales; usually the gift portrait opportunity is offered to people already known to you and your group – friends, extended family, neighbors, co-workers, etc.

We provide the event, professional services, promotional materials, and valuable gift portraits as part of our marketing budget, so there’s no risk and no cost to your group. In addition to the donations generated upfront, your group can also receive substantial bonuses as the number of families participating in your event increases.

Since our fundraising event is so easy to do and gets such positive feedback, it's also easy to repeat again and again. Many of our fundraisers have been repeated annually for ten to fifteen years in a row.

Schools & Youth Groups

Our fundraising events are suitable for all age groups, especially since they don't rely on door-to-door approaches. Most kids know several families who would be interested in donating to support their class, group, club or team. As a "Thank you," donors receive a valuable gift portrait and complimentary sitting. Donations can be made online if you prefer, so kids don't have to be responsible for collecting cash.

Churches

We help churches of all denominations raise funds for a variety of reasons. Our fundraising events can serve your church group, choir, or entire congregation, but they don't stop there. Our events are meant to reach beyond the walls of your church into the wider community, bringing in much needed resources.

Nonprofits

Our fundraisers serve an extensive range of nonprofit organizations. We can tailor a fundraising event to support your group's activities or efforts; we've helped raise funds for a variety of needs and causes.

DECA started the fall fundraiser here ten years ago, then Yearbook got on board, then our Middle School demanded a piece of the action, and now Soccer wants in. "If you ask me, the best thing about this fund raiser is that it's different from everything else out there: there's nothing to buy and resell, you don't have to go door to door, you don't have to memorize some stupid sales pitch, nobody gets stuck with melting candy bars or rancid cookie dough, and nobody has to stand in the sun all day watching kids wash cars!
